Am Anfang war der Blues, dann kam das Fressen und dann die Moral.
\nIn Anlehnung an Jazzclubs im Harlem der 30er Jahre gestaltet Lotta Weigl einen Raum f\u00fcr body and soul.<\/p>\n

Im Blues und Swing sind alle menschlichen Grundthemen vertreten, ohne zu richten und ohne Selbstmitleid, daf\u00fcr doppelb\u00f6dig und sp\u00f6ttisch. Das 6-count Swingmen\u00fc tischt kulinarische H\u00f6hepunkte aus verschiedensten Swingsongs rund ums Essen auf. Bei genauem Zuh\u00f6ren wird man sich beim Dessert fragen m\u00fcssen, ob Cab Calloway recht beh\u00e4lt, wenn er behauptet: \u201ea chicken ain\u00b4t nothing but a bird \u2026\u201c
